The Builders Exchange of Wisconsin helps you provide your clients with the most competitive bid price for their construction projects by accessing our pool of over 400 qualified and experienced local contractors.  Our services are free to you and the owner.  You can list your project through us, designating any special instructions you wish such as pre-qualifying, bonding capabilities, etc.  Just release a set of plans and specs sent to us in paper or digital format along with any specific instructions.  We will make it available to our MEMBER ONLY database through printed and electronic publication.  Our certified industry technician team maintains contact with you during the bidding process to ensure that the information remains timely and accurate.

General Contractors, Architects, Engineers and Owners may use this service to post any project, public or private, and limit access to subcontractors and suppliers by providing a unique, system generated access code, to their selected group of bidders.  Subcontractors and suppliers maay use this service to gain access to project information, plans, specifications and addenda even if they are not subscribers of a particular association.
